Welcome to Taxilo Experts INC. This Payment Policy explains how we bill for our services, the payment methods we accept, and our policies regarding invoices, recurring billing, cancellations, and refunds. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services

Pricing
All pricing is provided before services begin and is outlined in a written proposal, engagement letter, service agreement, or invoice.
Fees are based on the scope, complexity, and duration of the services requested. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before additional charges are incurred.
Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments through trusted payment processors, including:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- ACH Bank Transfers (where available)
- Other approved electronic payment methods
All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems. Taxilo Experts INC does not store your complete payment card information.
Billing
One-Time Services
Payment may be required in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Recurring Services
For ongoing bookkeeping or accounting services, clients authorize Taxilo Experts INC to automatically charge the selected payment method according to the agreed billing schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as specified in the applicable service agreement).
Recurring billing will continue until canceled in accordance with this policy.
Automatic Payments
By enrolling in recurring services, you authorize Taxilo Experts INC to automatically charge your payment method on the scheduled billing date.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and valid.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment cannot be processed:
- We may retry the payment using the authorized payment method.
- Services may be delayed or suspended until payment is successfully received.
- Clients remain responsible for all outstanding balances.
Refund Policy
Because our services involve professional expertise and customized financial work:
- Payments for services that have already been performed are non-refundable.
- Fees for completed work and earned monthly services are non-refundable.
- If Taxilo Experts INC is unable to provide the agreed services due to reasons within our control, we may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel recurring services by providing written notice before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but does not affect payment obligations for services already performed or invoices already issued.
Chargebacks
If you have a question regarding a payment, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.
Initiating a chargeback for services that have already been delivered may delay resolution and may result in the suspension or termination of services while the matter is being reviewed.
Taxes
Clients are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
Invoice Disputes
If you believe an invoice contains an error, please notify us within 10 business days of receiving the invoice. We will promptly investigate and work toward a fair resolution.
Changes to This Policy
Taxilo Experts INC reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
